Dodo Payments integration
We’re excited to introduce the Fernand × Dodo Payments integration. Dodo Payments is built for AI-first companies, and you can now connect it directly to Fernand.
What it does
- See payer status at a glance
Check whether someone is a Dodo Payments customer, which plan they’re on, and what they’ve purchased, all in the conversation list and sidebar. - Prioritize support
Use Dodo Payments customer and plan details to tag or assign conversations, so customers on specific plans get the right attention. - Automate with customer data
Build Fernand rules using conditions such as whether a contact is a customer or has a paid plan. Trigger replies, assignments, tags, status changes, or webhooks.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations in Fernand, or press
G, thenS. - Click Connect Dodo Payments.
- Authorize Fernand in Dodo Payments.
- Fernand will start syncing customer and subscription data to matched conversations.
