If Lemon Squeezy is how you get paid, the subscription should be sitting on the conversation. Fernand shows payments and plan status in context, and lets rules act on those signals.

The Lemon Squeezy customer support integration is for teams who sell through Lemon Squeezy and want billing context in Fernand, not in a second browser tab.
After you connect the store, you can see the customer’s subscription, payments, and status from the conversation. That helps with failed payments and incomplete transactions, and it is the basis for automation: a faster lane for a paid plan, a slower auto-reply for free users.
The connection is an OAuth-style approval with your Lemon Squeezy account. Once it is on, payment information shows on the conversation listing and the sidebar.
See subscription, payments, and status on the conversation. Useful when someone writes in about a charge they do not recognize, or a renewal that did not go through.
Payment information populates on the conversation listing and the detail sidebar, so you can tell a customer from a window-shopper before you open the message.
Contact is a customer matches a Lemon Squeezy customer email. Contact has plan matches a product name, so Free, Premium, and Business can take different paths.
Reply with a template, tag, assign (including round-robin), change status, or fire a webhook when a Lemon Squeezy condition matches.
Snippets can use the same payment signals, so a saved reply is not identical for every plan.
If they paid with one email and wrote with another, Fernand can suggest related Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, and Paddle customers.
The payment history is on the conversation. You answer with the actual invoice instead of asking them to log into Lemon Squeezy and screenshot it.
A rule on Contact has plan assigns Business customers to you and auto-replies to the free tier that you will get there later.
Split inboxes can use Lemon Squeezy data the same way they use Stripe and Paddle, so your highest-value customers stay in a fast lane.
Related-customer matching works across Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, and Paddle. The inbox does not care which provider took the original payment.
Approve the connection from Settings → Integrations. Lemon Squeezy customer data starts matching on email.
Plan and payments sit in the shared inbox sidebar. You are not reconstructing the account from memory.
Rules and snippets read the same Lemon Squeezy conditions. Paying customers and free users do not have to be sorted by hand.
You can connect Lemon Squeezy during the 14-day trial. Disconnect from the Integrations page at any time.
